These Terms of Use & Store Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you browse our website, purchase Qlloarrip™ accessories, communicate with our customer care team, or otherwise use the features and services available through our online store.

Qlloarrip™ is operated by Wavey Accessories, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Throughout these Terms, “Qlloarrip™,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Wavey Accessories, LLC as the operator of the Qlloarrip™ store.

By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and Services.

1. USING THE QLLOARRIP™ STORE

Our website is provided for lawful shopping, product discovery and related customer-service purposes.

By using the store, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into transactions under the laws applicable to you or that you are using the Services with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. OUR ACCESSORY COLLECTION

Qlloarrip™ specializes in women’s fashion and apparel accessories, which may include sunglasses, hats, scarves, belts, jewelry, hair accessories, handbags, card holders, watches and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to present each item clearly through product photographs, descriptions, measurements, color names and other information.

However, the appearance of a physical product can differ slightly from what you see on a screen.

Differences may result from:

  • Monitor or mobile display settings

  • Lighting used in product photography

  • Material characteristics

  • Production variations

  • Differences in texture or finish

  • The way individual devices reproduce color

For products featuring patterns, marbling or similar decorative characteristics, placement and appearance may also vary slightly between individual pieces.

These ordinary differences do not necessarily indicate that an item is defective.

4. AVAILABILITY & COLLECTION CHANGES

Fashion collections naturally evolve.

We may introduce new accessories, colors and finishes while retiring others. Product availability, specifications and assortment may therefore change over time.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to:

  • Limit available quantities

  • Discontinue a product or color

  • Update product specifications or presentation

  • Correct inaccurate product information

  • Restrict sales where reasonably necessary

Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

A product may become unavailable before checkout is completed.

5. PLACING AN ORDER

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the products identified during checkout.

Receiving an automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted.

We may review orders before fulfillment and may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, inventory errors, pricing mistakes, shipping restrictions or suspected unauthorized commercial resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the original payment method, subject to normal payment-provider processing times.

6. REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE CHECKOUT

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

In particular, confirm:

  • Product and selected color or option

  • Quantity

  • Recipient name

  • Shipping address

  • Billing information

  • Email address

  • Order total

Our fulfillment process may begin shortly after an order is received.

As described in our Shipping & Delivery Guide, requests to change shipping details or cancel an order should be submitted as quickly as possible and preferably within 12 hours of purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an eligible request, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

7. PERSONAL PURCHASES & RESALE

Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing, products offered through the Qlloarrip™ retail store are intended for personal or gift use rather than unauthorized commercial resale.

We may limit quantities or review orders that reasonably appear to involve wholesale purchasing, automated purchasing or unauthorized resale activity.

Businesses interested in a commercial arrangement may contact us separately.

8. PRICES, PROMOTIONS & CURRENCY

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed through our U.S. store are presented in United States Dollars (USD).

Product prices and promotions may change as collections, inventory and campaigns change.

The applicable merchandise price is generally the price presented during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine errors as described below.

Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties or other applicable amounts may be additional unless specifically identified as included.

Promotional offers may have their own eligibility requirements, expiration dates or product restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot necessarily be combined.

9. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

You agree to provide valid and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment services made available through our checkout. Payment methods may vary depending on location, device and provider availability.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method for the transaction.

Payment providers, card issuers or financial institutions may perform independent fraud-prevention or authorization checks.

10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are prepared and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Guide.

Processing and delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier networks, weather, customs procedures, holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or similar destination-country charges where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer risk in a manner inconsistent with mandatory consumer protection law applicable to your purchase.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible purchases may be returned according to our Qlloarrip™ Returns, Refunds & Order Care policy.

Our standard policy provides a 30-day return period after delivery for qualifying products, subject to the condition and eligibility requirements described in that policy.

Because we sell personal fashion accessories, certain products must remain unworn, unused and in appropriate original condition to qualify for a standard preference-based return.

Please obtain return instructions before mailing merchandise.

The business contact address listed at the end of these Terms should not automatically be treated as a merchandise return address.

Nothing in our return policy or these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. PRODUCT INFORMATION, TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS & CORRECTIONS

We work to keep store information accurate, but occasional mistakes can occur.

For example, an error may affect:

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original materials—including branding, logos, graphics, product presentation, photographs, written content, page design and other creative materials—are owned by or licensed to Wavey Accessories, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your access to our website does not transfer ownership of those materials.

You may view the store and use its content for ordinary personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without appropriate permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected Qlloarrip™ materials in a manner that infringes our rights or the rights of another owner.

This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property to us.

20. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

This provision does not require a consumer to assume responsibility for matters caused by Qlloarrip™ where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

21. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may suspend or restrict access to particular Services when reasonably necessary because of fraud, security threats, prohibited conduct or material violation of these Terms.

Termination or suspension does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before the effective date of termination.
